Chris Biby is no stranger to racing. He grew up around his father’s horse breeding business in Southern California and went to thoroughbred races at Santa Anita, Hollywood Park, and Del Mar. Being neighbors with Page and PJ Jones, sons of American racing legend Parnelli Jones, Chris went to auto races at local speedways like Ascot, Bakersfield, and Ventura. Years later, when he worked for the Long Beach-based law firm Keesal, Young & Logan while attending college, Chris met Cary Agajanian and became the first hired employee of MMI in 1999.

Chris learned the client management trade servicing MMI clients in the Indy Racing League, USAC, and various short track racing circuits. In 2001, Chris relocated to the North Carolina, NC to open up MMI’s Charlotte area office and focus on MMI’s fledgling stock car racing operations, which were increasing with the rise of Tony Stewart. From 2003 to 2006, Chris managed the No. 43 CURB-Agajanian race team that competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, winning a race with Johnny Sauter at Richmond.  

After more than 12 years of experience as the Director of Client Services at MMI, where his responsibilities included overseeing various business management aspects for clients and the company, Chris formed FullCircle Ventures with Partners Mike Curb, Cary Agajanian, Steve Meehan, Matt Crews, and Jay Schulthess in April 2011. At FullCircle, Chris specialized in sports management and marketing, representing athletes, entertainers, corporations, and sports properties in motorsports. Chris received his business degree from California State University Long Beach.
